de lithium monocristallin li\u00e9 \u00e0 une couche isolante de SiO\u2082 et reposant sur un substrat de silicium.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"832\" data-end=\"1001\">Cette configuration offre un confinement optique \u00e9lev\u00e9, des pertes de propagation extr\u00eamement faibles et un rendement \u00e9lectro-optique \u00e9lev\u00e9, ce qui en fait une plateforme essentielle pour la photonique int\u00e9gr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1003\" data-end=\"1006\" \/>\n<h1 data-section-id=\"1kwwibx\" data-start=\"1008\" data-end=\"1050\">Qu'est-ce que le niobate de lithium en couche mince (TFLN) ?<\/h1>\n<p data-start=\"1052\" data-end=\"1197\">Le niobate de lithium en couche mince (TFLN) d\u00e9signe une couche cristalline de LiNbO\u2083 d'\u00e9paisseur inf\u00e9rieure au micron, con\u00e7ue pour des applications dans le domaine des guides d'ondes optiques et de l'\u00e9lectro-optique.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1199\" data-end=\"1334\">Par rapport au niobate de lithium massif, le TFLN permet un confinement optique plus \u00e9troit, un encombrement r\u00e9duit et une densit\u00e9 d'int\u00e9gration plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1336\"
